The podium in direct visual contact with the public is dressed in high quality stone cladding. The general color is light beige, matching the stone color, meanwhile the lower volume of the two bedroom apartments’ is proposed to be colored in medium red.
The metal structures will be stainless steel and the roof partially covered in green copper cladding.
